As associate CIO for Administration, Dave Gindhart is responsible for enabling the success of the administrative mission of the University through the application of technology. In this role, he will lead the transition of administrative IT units into Penn State IT and is responsible for connecting business needs and initiatives with the various solutions and services offered by Penn State and its vendor partners. He will have oversight of the planning and delivery of unique applications and services provided by the administrative IT units.
Gindhart has been with Penn State since 2008. He received his master of science in computer engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a bachelor of science in computer engineering from Penn State. He most recently served as senior director for information technology for Penn State Finance and Business.
